Alongside the structured sessions, there is space to slow down. To step out of the pace of everyday life and into something quieter. During the retreat, we combine guided sessions with time in nature.

You will experience:

– Morning breathwork and movement
– Guided health sessions with our experts
– Outdoor cooking and shared dinners
– Mindful walks in the forest
– Cold water immersion
– Conversations about health, balance and meaningful change
– Time for reflection and rest

If conditions allow, we may also witness the Northern Lights.

Your Guides

This retreat is shaped by a small team, each bringing a distinct perspective on health and wellbeing. Together, they create a balance between medical insight, practical lifestyle guidance and mind–body practices.

Dr. Zeynep Vetter

Medical doctor specialising in psychiatry, preventive health and longevity.

Ahead of the retreat, participants complete an anamnesis and organise laboratory testing based on a provided biomarker list.

During the retreat, Zeynep offers an in-depth analysis of these results, providing a clear medical perspective on each participant’s current state of health. Based on this, she evaluates which supplements may be recommended for prevention and long-term wellbeing.

Kerstin Klein

Nutrition and longevity specialist, with a focus on sustainable and realistic lifestyle changes.

Kerstin guides sessions on nutrition, sleep and stress, translating complex health concepts into practical tools that can be integrated into everyday life.

Her approach is grounded and accessible, supporting participants in creating long-term balance rather than short-term change.

Rebecca Hölzl

Reiki Master and breathwork practitioner, supporting the body’s natural ability to slow down and recover.

Rebecca guides the morning practices throughout the retreat, helping participants regulate the nervous system through breath and movement.

She also offers optional one-to-one Reiki sessions for those who wish to explore a deeper level of rest and restoration.

Medical Insight & Personal Health Analysis

Before the retreat, participants will receive an anamnesis questionnaire and a list of recommended biomarkers.

Blood tests are organised individually in advance, either through a general practitioner or insurance provider.

During the retreat, Dr. Zeynep Vetter will provide an in-depth analysis of both the questionnaire and lab results, offering a clear medical perspective on each participant’s current state of health.

Based on this, she will evaluate which supplements may be recommended for prevention and long-term wellbeing.

Each participant will also receive a one-month supply of supplements, either personalised or based on a carefully developed formulation.
